Before we were reincarnated to the planet Earth, we all had existed somewhere in the Universe as spirits. The spirits have many layers of different levels, depending on the spiritual growth levels, favoritism, and tendency. The upper leveled spirits and the lower leveled spirits usually don’t interfere each other in Universe.
On the other hand, the planet Earth is a unique place where all the different leveled souls can interfere each other. Average humans set their lifetime as around 85 years old or so. It is pretty short term in the perspectives from spirits. In this short term, we can experience different roles in certain situations to experience different types of emotions and feelings by interfering different spiritual leveled souls. I think this is the main purpose that we chose to be born in the planet Earth.
As we live our life, we go through many unpleasant experiences. But always remember, we came here to experience different feelings and emotions for our spiritual growth. Once we learn from different experiences, we can discipline our souls. Also, we can utilize our own experiences in order to help others. Even our family souls (guide spirits) can learn something new by watching us in physical forms.
So, please be proud of yourself. You are strong and brave enough to be born in the planet Earth. Whenever you experience something tough, please know that everything is constantly changing; the environment, other souls, and yourself. No exactly same situation will come back to you. When your time has come to go back to your hometown in Universe (that means your physical death), you will miss all the experiences including good ones and even bad ones.
