Recently, specifically it was December 1st 2015, I found a big rattle snake in my garage. My husband was away from home, so he called the police. A police woman arrived at my house right away. She went up to the snake, introduced herself, talked to the snake that she would catch it and take it to the mountain and release it. The snake was listening to her. Then, she caught the snake without any trouble, put it in a big bucket, and locked with a lid. It seemed like the snake allowed the police woman to catch it. Everything was done smoothly, just like a flow of sophisticated classical music. The police woman was calm and the snake was calm as well.
The police woman accompanied two guys in orange jump suits as her helpers. One of the guys said he hated snakes. He went up to the bucket where the snake was in, opened the lid slightly, and told the snake some mean things such as “what an ugly creature you are. I hate you”. With that, the snake got aggressive, started rattling inside the bucket, and tried to spit its poison to the guy.
The police woman quickly approached the snake and chased the guy away. The police woman started talking to the snake some nice things in a very calm and loving voice such as “hey sweetie, calm down. You are so beautiful and gentle. I promise you that I am not going to hurt you. I will take you back to the mountain where you originally belong. There, you can peacefully sleep during the winter”. With that, the snake got back to calm down again.
It was pretty interesting scenery to observe. This incident taught me a precious lesson. Humans, animals, insects, reptiles; all the creatures can read energy, and we naturally react to a certain energy. If somebody comes to us with a hate feeling, we react to it and naturally put a mean look on our face to protect us in a fighting attitude. On the contrast, if somebody comes to us with a loving feeling, we react to it and naturally put a smile on our face in a friendly attitude. If we want to be treated nicely, we can start from our side. We can start emitting positive and loving energy, and the environment will react to it and we can get a nice reflection.
