We keep on selecting one option out of many different options, every day, every second. Selecting the best option relates to trusting our gut feelings, aka, intuitions.
When I was a high school student, I belonged to a volleyball club. I was a receiver. It was important for me not to think, but simply trust my gut feeling and let my body follow the gut feeling. When an attacker jumped, my body instantly moved to a certain direction with a certain form, and waited for the ball to land on my lower arms. It was all about reflexes. Now that I thought of my younger days’ experiences, I had good practices on trusting my gut feelings. I had built good muscle on trusting my gut feelings.
However, when I became an adult, I forgot about my good practice. I often suffered from being with wrong people in wrong places, simply because I could not turn down people’s invitations. Even though my gut feeling negatively reacted, I thought turning down somebody’s invitation was rude. So I went there and spent uncomfortable time.
Nowadays I try to follow my gut feeling’s negative reaction whenever somebody asks me. An interesting synchronicity occurred. When I was talking with my friend later that day, she mentioned she decided to stop going to a certain class because of her negative gut reaction to the class.
Every event has a meaning. Our similar experiences occurred simultaneously. That means many people have started trusting our gut feelings and making the best selection for us.
The time on our life (on the planet Earth) is limited; actually, very short. It is time for us to save our precious time by making the best selection for us, every second.
