Now that I set up my small business, many kind people have started giving me lots of ideas on how I can offer my services. I set my three main one-on-one based services as Reiki teaching, horoscope reading, and angel card reading. Angel card reading is the easiest way to offer, because I don’t need to prepare anything except for cards. There are many opportunities for me to offer the card reading. Especially when it comes to free of charge, the opportunities will be expanded. It is up to me whether to take this opportunity or not.
However, recently I have kept on having a strong urge from my soul, almost shouting to me. It is about one of my public based services as speaking, writing, and teaching. I strongly feel that I need to focus on writing for now. That means, I should not spend much of my time and energy for something else. I should devote my spare time on writing.
So, I made up my mind and set my goal. I will publish my book by the end of this year 2016.
Thinking about the current situation, publishing a book is not difficult. Actually, everybody can self-publish with simple procedures. All we need to do is to write a book and publish it through online book store. It does not cost us anything, unless we want to hire some professional for editing or design.
When I was in Japan, I think it was around 2005, I had a strong urge to publish a book. I already prepared some parts of the book and a book proposal. I had an official meeting with two publishers. Two publishers said the same things. For self-publishing a book, I needed to pay around $5,000 to $10,000. After they print out the books, I would be responsible to sell the books by myself. I thought it was impossible, and thought I should wait for the right timing for the future.
I really don’t focus on the outcome; how my book will turn out to be. Whether I can make money from it, or whether I will be famous from it. All I can do is to follow my passion from my soul. Writing is one of my favorite things to do. I am simply conveying the messages from spirits. Somebody somewhere might be inspired from the message. If that happens, my soul will shine.
