Allergic reaction 9/22/2016

This morning right after I had breakfast, my entire body got an allergic reaction, with itchy rash all over my body. I wrote down everything what I ate. Everything was my usual food, except for a piece of rye bread. So, the cause of today’s allergic reaction was rye.

I had lived in Japan for about 40 years. During these years, I had seldom experienced a serious food allergy. I could eat animal meats such as pork, beef, and chicken.

After I moved to America, my body has started reacting to foods, more sensitively than when I was in Japan. When I ate pork, I had gotten a severe reaction including puking and head ache, so I needed to completely stop eating pork. Same goes to chicken and beef. From time to time, I can eat only organic beef and chicken, but not much amount. My body cannot accept any foods from the fast food restaurant chains. I have gotten food allergy even from fresh fruits (such strawberry and melon). I got bad food reaction to coffee powder milk as well.

This is only my personal opinion, but from my experiences, I feel the foods sold in America might contain more chemicals and pesticides than the foods sold in Japan.

My intention for writing this story is to share the truth; I don’t intend to blame the food industry.

The truth is: our body is getting more sensitive than before. It is time to do some research and examine onto our daily foods. It is time for us to listen to our body and take good care of it, by stopping eating low quality foods.

My Reiki teacher taught me “we are what we eat”. Food is simply energy. When we eat high quality foods and high energy foods, our energy can stay in a high vibration. On the other hand, when we keep on eating junk foods; cheap and convenient foods that has low vibration, we tend to get affected by the low energy, low vibration.

I feel it a blessing that my body has been becoming more sensitive to foods than before. I believe nowadays many people have same experiences as I do. Let’s appreciate for this blessing and listen to our body’s voice. We got to use our body for many years anyway. Let’s love our body and take good care of our body by eating proper foods.
