Have you recently shed tears? Do you often cry?
I often shed tears. Very frequently to the extent that I get embarrassed. I cry when I feel angry. I cry when I feel lonely. I cry when I witness something beautiful. I cry when I feel the existence of my family souls. I cry when I feel about the unconditional love that I have received from my parents. I cry when I feel about my unconditional love toward my husband and my daughter. I cry when I read a good book. I cry when I watch a good movie. I cry when I see happy children playing. I cry even when I laugh very hard. And so on and on and on…

I keep on hearing that shedding tears are good for soul. Tears are sweat from soul. When we shed tears, it cleans our soul.
If you are like me, cries often, it is good for you. Go for it. If you cannot cry often, I would like to recommend you to create an opportunity to cry. A tear jerker movie or book might be help. Or attending a healing ceremony might work.
When my daughter was a new born baby, as a new mom, I tried to make her to stop crying. The nurse told me to let her cry. She said a baby has to cry a lot. Because through crying, babies can build up their lungs strong. Also, through crying, babies can breathe intensively so that lots of oxygen will activate all the body cells. Crying is essential for their healthy growth.
I feel that not only babies but also adults need to cry from time to time. After crying, we can feel relaxed and get motivated to live positively.
