When I was working as a sales person, my supervisor used to tell me to ask my supportive job to the busiest office worker. We had 5 office workers who dealt with our supportive jobs such as making a quotation and a contract document. I used to feel sorry for the busiest person to ask my job, but my supervisor was right. The busiest office worker was doing her job at the high efficiency. Her job was always unbelievably quick and accurate. She was popular for her great work. And that made her the busiest office worker all the time.
According to my supervisor, the busiest person knows how to utilize his/her time in the most efficient way, so that his/her job comes with almost perfect without any mistakes.

And it was very true. The busiest person could concentrate for one job at a time, without getting panicked.
And I think that can be applied to anything and everybody. I think we all can do things in a high efficiency.
When we have lots of things to take care of, let’s not make us feel panicky. Take a deep breath in and out. Write down the to-do list, and decide the priority. Then, focus on one thing at once. Remember, we can expand time as we wish. In order to focus on one thing, we need to get rid of all the unnecessary worries and concerns from our brain. When one is done, we can start the second one. That is how we can do a task with a high efficiency.
