I opened my FB account last year. In the beginning, I accepted everybody’s friend request without thinking. I am pretty sure most people would start like that.
I want to talk about one of my FB friends. I received a friend request, so I accepted. Then, he started sending me a personal message. Very annoying often. And you know, FB has a function to “poke.” He sent me a “poke” very, very often.
I asked him politely to stop sending me a personal message and “poke” but he still kept on doing it with the comment that touched my nerves. He sent me lots of negative comments and feedbacks, and his own sad stories… And they were never ending. I was exhausted.
Then, I noticed one Angel card deck was shining to me. Seemed like it is shouting me “pull my card”. So I did. I opened the card box and pulled one card that was really shining to me.
I started laughing. The card says “You have nothing to feel guilty about”.
I said “okay” to myself and unfriended the person from my FB. But before doing so, I did ask him to let me unfriend him from my page. He said okay.
This is a good lesson for me. Since then, whenever I receive a friend request, I go to the person’s page, and take a look of the timeline. Then decide to accept or ignore. In daily life too, I need to be careful what type of person I need and I don’t need to have the person in my life.
