
Today I attended Ki-Gong class. I happened to stand right next to a thermometer to check the room temperature. In the beginning, it was 70F. After 45 minutes Ki-Gong class, the room temperature was raised to 74F. It was 21.1C to 23.3C. I thought it amazing. As you know, Ki-Gong movement does not require any hard movement. We just dealt with breathing today.
On the same classroom, two weeks ago, I offered a trial Reiki session to the person who wanted to try. One woman was over 90 years old. I have known her for more than 2 years now. Whenever I hugged her or touched her hand, her body and hand always stay as in cold. After I gave her 10 minutes Reiki, her entire body became warm. She was amazed how quickly and easily Reiki energy could go through her body. Her both palms got very warm. Her entire body became pinkish color, including her face, neck, and even feet.
I’ve heard many times from many different people that it is important to keep our body temperature nice and high. When we maintain our body temperature high, we can enjoy the benefits. Higher immune strength, healthier body functions, faster and quicker burring fat. The research shows our normal average body temperature are 0.7C lower than that of 50 years ago.
As I shared, just simple breathing or having Reiki, whatever simple daily efforts can improve our normal average body temperature. Let’s consider something good for our body, and continue daily in this year. Let’s maintain our good health toghether.
