Last year I stayed being overweight, even though I did exercise daily. I needed to change my exercise method.

Starting from this month, which is the beginning of this year 2017, I switched my exercise from non-sweating to sweating. I noticed a huge difference. Sweating makes me feel really good. My skin gets clearer than before and my regular mood stays calm.
Yesterday during I was reading a book regarding detox, the author mentioned sweating is very good way to detox. Yep, I know that now. My weight has not shown any great result yet, but I am keep doing sweating exercise every day. My small wish is to have a small private sauna in my house, though…
Anyway, from the detox book, I learned two easy techniques.
The first technique is to swish a tablespoon of virgin oil in your mouth for 10-20 minutes. After that, instead of swallowing it, spit it out in paper towel or something (to prevent clogs in drain pipes.) Coconut oil kills germs in the mouth, so you can do it before you go to bed and after you wake up.
The second technique is to drink a lemon water right after you wake up in the morning.
Pretty simple and easy to do it every day, right? Happy detoxing to you all!
