Today I received a phone call from the teacher of my daughter’s school. She conveyed the great news about my daughter. According to the recent tests, they found out my daughter’s academic level was advanced. She is already one year advance. I don’t know much about American school system. This might be pretty common for many people. But still, I am happy to hear that my daughter is doing well at the school.
I thanked the teacher for her continuous support. I told her she was good at teaching. First, the teacher told me that it was mainly from my daughter’s efforts. Then she suggested me to consider this great news as from our good teamwork. My daughter made continuous efforts, so did the teacher and we, as her parents. We all did well so that we all can take credit for that. I thought it nice of the teacher to say so. The great result stems from our great teamwork. I like that.
When I was working for many different companies in Japan, I have encountered some supervisors and employers whom I could not respect. They used their junior staff and employees just like as their slaves, looking down on them. They always took all the credit for successful jobs to themselves and blamed any mistakes to their junior staff.
In one of very popular Japanese television dramas, 半沢直樹 (Hanzawa Naoki), one character says this quote. “The boss takes credit for his subordinate’s good deed. And, the subordinate takes responsibility for his boss’s blunder.” I believe there are many people have encountered this situation.
I believe the current energy has been sifted, and there are many people who take credit for all the success as a result of a good teamwork. I hope and believe that the lower vibrational situations cannot exist anymore. Everybody and everything should be matched with the higher vibration.
