Yesterday I listened to the audio lecture of Dr. Wayne W. Dyer. He mentioned his routine that he naturally woke up at 3:13 am and devoted the sacred morning time to write his book. In this lecture, he mentioned that the morning time of 3am to 4am is the divine time. It is the time when the majority of people are asleep. Also it is the best time to communicate with God.
He recommended the students if you wake up between this time; 3 am to 4 am, consider this as a calling from God. In this case, utilize this divine time for something that you have sign up for, before you were born. He lovingly warned that if you are awaken naturally between 3 am and 4 am, don’t just go pee and come back to bed and back to sleep. Instead, get up from bed and listen to God. Meditate or write a book, or something you think it divine.
Then, here it goes. I woke up at 3:45 for some reason this morning. I naturally took a look of the time, so I remember the time. However, I completely forgot about Dr. Wayne’s message. I went to bathroom and came back to bed and back to asleep.
When I fully woke up at 6 am, my conscious was back, and I thought “Oops!!” It might be the calling from God. If so, I was supposed to get up and write.
Oh well, maybe next time. I will try to remember his suggestion and get up and use the quiet time for writing.
