I went to see the doctor for my diabetes routine checkup. My A1C got worse than last time. It was 7.0. In addition to that, I gained more weight. I got disappointed.

The good thing for me though is that I have the good doctor whom I respect. I like this doctor and his way of thinking. I know it is very rare to find a trustworthy doctor. I consider myself as lucky.
My doctor believes diabetes can be healed. It is up to the patient. He encouraged me it is up to me on how serious I want to regain my good health. He told me that having exercise to make me sweat, maybe twice a day, will make a huge different.
His belief is based on his own experience. He incorporated the sweating exercise twice a day and built good muscle. Then he lost 40 lb and regained his good health. He smiled at me and told me “I could do it, so you can do it too, right?” I really like his way of motivation. Yes, I can do. I can lose my extra 15 lb by our next appointment in 3 months. I am fully motivated. Thank you, doctor.
I believe all doctors should be like him, the one who does not scare their patients but encourage and motivate. Above all, doctors should give their patients hope to heal by using their vital healing energy, which is their willingness to heal.
