Shining meditation 2/20/2017

I want to share one of my favorite meditations. I call it as a shining meditation.

Find a quiet place and time. Sit down comfortably.

Imagine a broom in your head. Using your imaginary broom, sweep off any unnecessary thoughts. Sweep off worries, concerns, do-to-lists, and wish lists.

Take three deep relaxing breathe. When you breathe in, imagine white shining light is coming into your body. Feel your body filled with white shining light. Breathe out any unnecessary energy and used energy. Trust mother earth is good at recycling used energy and she will give back refreshed energy. Let go and trust mother earth. Everything is taken care of.

After three deep relaxing breathing, go back to normal breath.

Feel your body is filled with white shining light. Enjoy the white shining energy. You are merged into the light. You are the light. Feel the oneness and enjoy the happy and calm feeling.

Now your body is shining from inside to outside. Your white light is illuminating. It is getting bigger and bigger, coming out from you, filling up your room with white shining light. Then, filling up your house, your neighbor area, city, state, country, and reaching to the entire world. 

You are happy. You are smiling. You are loved. You are taking care of. Your guides and angels are with you, enjoying everything through you.

Before you come back to normal state, let’s show your appreciation to everything and everybody. This white shining light will always stay with you. You are the white shining light.

Slowly come back to your normal state. Take another three slow relaxing breath.

Welcome back. You are ready to go back to your routine now.
