Today I found somebody used my email address and emailed me. I learned it is called spoofing. I got panicky and changed password right away.
After some research, I run into one article. The article writer said “if you get spoofed, stay calm. Just delete it and move on.”
He wrote the reasons why. When you find your email address spoofed, if you open the email and do lots of research, following the instructions here and there, that will cause another tragedy. That will cause another spam mail activated or something.
The writer also stated that “it is not your fault. It is everywhere.”
I thought this can be applied to anything. No matter how hard you try to avoid getting influenced by negative energy, as long as you live in a community, you will for sure get influenced by negative energy. It is everywhere. People get negative feeling and spread around. In a workplace, grocery store, school, park, or neighborhood.
Whenever you run into someone who has negative energy and influences you, all you can do is to do your best. Shake it off, take a deep breath in from father universe and breath out unnecessary energy back to mother earth. Mother Earth takes care of it by recycling used energy and gives us back fresh energy through plants.
So, no matter what happens, let’s not get bothered by external factors. All we can do is keep moving forward.
