Natural medicine 4/26/2017

In my front yard, we have lots of roses; red, yellow, and white. In my back yard, we have lots of mints, thyme, and sage.

Nowadays I started noticing my gray hair here and there. I don’t want to use any unnecessary chemical in my body, so I am not going to use any kinds of commercially available hair dye products. Then, I thought about my herbs in my back yard. When I searched the information, a bunch of articles are talking about DIY hair dye using sage.

So, this morning, I went to the store and got an empty spray bottle. Then, I went to my back yard, stood in front of sage. I told them I would like to ask their permission and support to make my DIY hair dye using sage. Then I said Thank-You to the sage and picked some bunches.

I boiled the sage leaves with hot water for a while. During the process of making a hair dye with sage, my thoughts went back to my memories of my past lives. I strongly felt that I used to make natural medicines using herbs by communicating with natural kingdom. I enjoyed the nostalgic feeling for a while.

My entire house was filled with gentle flagrance. The articles say we cannot expect a sudden hair color change with a sage hair dye, but after some weeks, we will start noticing the change. It won’t dramatically change the hair color but works on boosting the good health in scalp and entire body. I will update the change in some weeks later.
