I like DIY-s. Whenever I can, I want to create things and foods on my own. It includes growing my own vegetables. In my younger days, my mom used to grow some vegetable in our yard, and we all liked the homegrown vegetables.
I keep this good habit even now. In our back yard garden and inside the house, I grow some herbs and vegetables and eat them daily.

In one of the video course of Christine Northrup, she shared one interesting research. The research shows that when you grow your plants such as vegetable or fruit, the plants will produce certain vitamins and ingredients that will perfectly fit for your needs. If you are lacking vitamin C, the plants produce enough amount of vitamin C for you. If you are having high blood pressure, the plants produce something good medicine to calm your blood pressure. It works miraculous way. I think it wonderful to receive such unconditional love from plants you grow.
I want to share one more useful information. Several years ago, right before I planted some seeds in my garden, one friend gave me advice to walk with our bare feet on the garden dirt. We followed her advice and did so. By walking on our bare feet, the garden dirt memorizes our energy so that it helps to produce the necessary ingredient accumulated into the plants. Growing plants is a great way to heal our body, mind, and soul.
