I went to the local free market. I found one stand carrying a variety of self-protection tools. Among the tools, I found a stun gun, which I had been thinking about buying for these months.
When I took a stun gun in my hand to take a close look, the girl at the stand came closer to me, and we started chatting.
She said she just bought the same one that I was holding in my hand. She used to think she would not need to own one, but her boyfriend insisted her to keep it for her protection, so she did. She shared her personal story with me.
One night, when she was on her way back home after her job, one stranger man was following her all the way to her car at the parking lot. She kept telling the man to stop following her, but the man did not stop. When she reached at her car, she turned back to the man, who was right behind of her. WHen the man was about to grab her, she buzzed her stun gun in the air. Then, finally, the man started running away from her. She was glad that she didn’t need to use the stun gun to the man. All she did was just buzzed it in the air and could chase the stranger man away from her.
Her personal story talked into me to buy a stun gun. So, now I have a stun gun with me. If I were a Karate master or something, which I wish I were, I would not need to hold any of protection tools. I will carry it around because I want be safe for myself as well as for my precious family.
While I am writing this article, one memory popped into my head. It was about what the self-defense instructor told us at the beginning of the class. He said that the most important weapon to protect us is our mental strength. I already shared it in my short article in February 2017, but I want to remind it to my readers and myself again.
It is critical for us to keep having mental strength. Let’s say this out loud to ourselves, so that our entire body will be covered by strong protection energy. Truest me; it works.
I am strong and powerful. I am not going to let anybody and anything to victimize me. I don’t allow any of evil souls and spirits to harm me in any way. I deserve to be respected and protected all the time.
