I know the importance of trusting my gut feeling. I know it! However, in my daily life, there are lots of challenges for me if I can really trust my gut feeling and act according to it.
Let me share one example of cow milk.

I am allergic to cow milk. When I was at the elementary school, all the students were provided a lunch by the school cafeteria. Every lunch included a piece of bread and a bottle of cow milk. Those days the students were not allowed to claim that they were allergic to cow milk. We all were forced to drink up the cow milk every day.
I noticed there are still many people believe that cow milk is good for our body. In recent days, I have encountered a couple of who try to talk me into the benefits from cow milk.
The other day, I talked to the worker of school cafeteria. She mentioned the rate of lactose intolerance students was very low. As far as she remembers, there are only one or two out of 50 students who cannot drink cow milk. I was amazed on how low the rate was.
My body does not accept cow milk in my body system. And, my gut feeling clearly says No to cow milk. Perhaps, other people have the different gut feeling from mine. I think we should follow our gut feeling, instead of accepting other’s gut feelings. It is our own responsibility to provide the best needed ingredient to our body.
