Today I made some new items such as a small pouch and a water bottle bag for my daughter so that she can bring it on the new school year

My daughter had been observing me using a sewing machine. She asked me to teach her on how to use it, so I taught her a basic technique, starting from a simple forward sewing, back-stitching to reinforcement, to pivot the direction, etc. I gave her some fabric and strings, as well as some idea on how to make a drink holder or a small pouch.
Then I went to kitchen to cook for dinner. After 30 minutes or so, my daughter brought me a brand new water bottle pouch that she made with a sewing machine. I was impressed. The sewing line was straight for a totally beginner. From there, she made a small pouch and a cell phone carrier.
When I teach her study of math or English, she would get bored soon. However, she learned how to use a sewing machine very quickly and she never got bored. I should more focus on teaching her and introducing her something creative, rather than studying.
