Today my dad had an interview from the television program, Travels with Darley, by PBS, at Mount Taylor. My husband and I joined to this short trip as an observer. It was my first time to be at Mt. Taylor.
According to Navajo creation story, the creator placed Dine (Navajo people) at the land surrounded by four sacred mountains. Blanca Peak of the east, Mount Taylor of the south, San Francisco Peak of the west, and Hesperus Mountain of the north.
The interview was taken at the spots where only the involved people were allowed. So, unfortunately, I could not witness any of the interviews between Darley and my dad-in-law. They said the show was planning to be on air sometime in February or March 2018. I look forward to watching the interview.
For these years, my dad-in-law has been featured in some television programs and films. These two are one of them.
