Today I chatted with one of my acquaintances. We haven’t seen each other for the last six months, so we started our conversation to catch up with each other’s recent life. She is around my parents’ age. And she has two sons who are around my age.
She came to me for the Reiki healing session. She says she likes my healing energy.
But in reality, it might be opposite. I might be the one who is healed by her. She has gentle healing energy with her.
I like her and I admire her because she never speaks ill of others. She always tells all the good things about her family and friends.
Her talking about all the good things naturally leads me to talk about all the good things too. Without noticing, I was sharing her about my wishes and desires with the full confidence. During our chat, we both enjoyed the uplifting energy.
Right before she left, she gave me a warm hug and told me “Enjoy your life!” Her saying this word resonated with my soul very much. She is absolutely right. We came to this lifetime to enjoy our life.
When you fully enjoy your life, you, without noticing, are uplifting the energy surrounding you. and it helps others to raise their vibration, just by having around you.
