Muscular workout 4/5/2018

I have been doing muscular workout since March 28th. One Japanese trainer offers a 20-days muscular workout program for free of charge. He sends a newsletter email every day at 7 am of Japanese time (which is my 3 pm) with the training instruction of the day.

Each workout is for about 10 minutes. We can arrange the workout program as we want depending on our body condition. I do the 10-minute workout twice a day; in the morning and evening.

Today is my ninth day. I have been getting sore muscle everywhere in my body, especially in my thigh.

I feel good about my muscle getting tighter and harder. I don’t see any change in my weight so far, but I do see the progress in my thigh.

The trainer mentioned to set our goal step by step. So, my first goal is to continue doing this training for 21 days. The second goal is for 3 month. Then, for 1 year. My final goal is to do muscular workout every day for the rest of my life.
