For the past few days, we had very cold days. The temperature dropped down to 42F (5C). We needed to wear extra layer of clothes. My neighbor told me about the cold front coming from Idaho area. These months, we were having a huge gap between hot days and cold days day by day.
My husband got sick from the huge temperature gap. He took day off from work. He slept almost all day long. After the long sleep, he seemed to get back to normal.

We tend to take our good health for granted. Only when we get sick, we start appreciate our body to function normally.
Long time ago, one of my friends told me one tip to stay healthy. It was to say thank you to our body. It is good to sing a happy song to each part of our body, or send our love (kiss) to them.
