In these several months, going to the grocery store in the early morning has become my routine on Saturday morning.
The grocery store is popular and always crowded with customers. When you go to this store at crowded time, no matter how well you guard yourself, you will run into rude and mad people of both workers and customers.
I noticed the very early morning is the best time to go there. Everything is calm and quiet. And that makes people calm and nice.
That is why I ended up going to the grocery store leaving my house around 6:30 am arriving there before 7 am.
During autumn and winter, our 6:30 am is still dark and cold. But my small effort is worth. The parking lot was almost empty, and I would not run into anybody rude nor mad in the store.
However, during spring and summer, our 6:30 am is not dark anymore. It is bright with sun rise.
Starting from this month April, it is not peaceful anymore. Slightly after I started waking in the store, which was still barely 7 am, I saw a whole bunch of customers in the store. They made a long waiting line in front of the cashier counter. I witnessed the exactly same workers being irritated and rude in this hectic situation.

I want to deal with only nice and kind workers and customers while shopping. In order to protect my peace, during summer time, I should wake up one more hour early to go to the store.
That reminds me of my Japanese friends. They leave their house 30 minutes early so that they can catch the early train. It prevents them from getting caught in the uncomfortable crowded train.
Today I have reminded myself that just an extra effort makes a huge different.
