Back in April, I had a diabetes eye checkup. There I was charged twice. One is the correct amount to a patient, and the other is supposed to charge to an insurance company. The accountant charged both fees to me.
It was a simple mistake. I talked with the representatives of the eye doctor’s office as well as the insurance company. We all knew it was mistakenly charged to me, and the wrong charge had to be refunded to me.
For some reasons, the eye doctor’s office did not take the appropriate action for many months.
I lost the counts on how many times I called the eye doctor’s office and asked the status. I called at least ten times.
The eye doctor’s office has several office workers who pick up a phone call. All of them were rude and arrogant. They would put me on hold. After I waited for more than five minutes, somebody picked up the phone and I needed to explain the situation from the beginning. The next person transferred my call to the other person and put me on hold, and nobody never picked up the phone. I never could talk to the right person who could take the correct action right away for me since last April.
It is now already in December. This problem was not solved yet.
I called the eye doctor’s office again. An old woman picked up the phone. She sounded mean and rude from the beginning. I asked her to connect me to the accounting representative. The person asked me in a rude tone “Why?” When I explained the situation from the beginning, the person asked me again in a very rude tone with a sigh “Name?”
I just couldn’t believe her rude attitude. I asked her to connect me to the management or somebody who is in charge of the office.
Surprisingly the person told me she was the management.
I asked her to deal with their mistake as soon as possible. She said she would do her best but she could not guarantee anything. I could not believe this person is the management. How come the management cannot care about her clients at all?
FYI: As of the end of the year, they never corrected their error. I didn’t receive the refund for their mistake charge to me.

I don’t know why these kinds of things happened to me. I honestly don’t know why I need to deal with these rude and arrogant people.
I am sincere, nice, and kind. I deserve to be treated in the same way as I treat others. I want to deal with only the same energy leveled people as mine. I keep focusing on only high vibration and high energy, and I thought that is the way to attract only high energy people. How I did wrong?

Even though you are focusing on only good things, sometimes you run into the low energy people.
The reason is simple.

Don’t you remember, you are on the planet Earth? This place is the place of diversity!
There are a variety of spiritual leveled souls here on Earth. This is the main reason why people reincarnated to Earth to experience the vibrational diversity. Therefore, of course there are a whole bunch of low energy people everywhere.
All you can do is to stay positive, no matter what. Do not get affected by low energy people.Every day you are blessed to have a variety of exercises and practices for this.
Enjoy this diversity while you can. Once you are done and go back to your spiritual homeland, you will miss the mess from the diversity.
Yes you are right. You can enjoy solving the mess. And you can do it.
