Review of my footsteps 12/23/2018

The year of 2018 is almost ending. It is time for me to review my footsteps of 2018.

Every year, at the end of the year, it is my family’s routine to create our vision board for the upcoming new year.

When created my current vision board at the end of last year, I picked up any texts and pictures that caught my eyes followed by my intuition.

I am reviewing this year based on my vision board of 2018.

As for the pictures, I put a brown dog and a brown wooden house in the left bottom. It meant to me to be grounded.

Overall, I see lots of green color from plants and tree leaves. It meant to me the healing energy.

On the right hand, I see a colorful tulip flower bouquet. The red, purple and yellow meant to me a play time.

On the middle, I see a long water fall. It meant to me the pure energy, supports, and messages were flowed down from Heaven to me on Earth.

On the top half, I see three flying birds. It meant to me spiritual messages.

On top, I see lots of blue color. It meant to me Heaven and spirit world. I could connect with Heaven and spirit world often this year.

There are three texts.

— Feel Alive

— Explore New Avenues

— Recover Faster!

I was amazed these three texts wonderfully predicted my year of 2018. This year I had worked on recovering my good health.

Starting January, I changed my diet. I switched my main food from white rice to brown rice for grain resource, and from animal meats to sea weeds and beans for protein resource.

In February, I made my first homemade miso from scratch.

In March I purchased a muscle training program from a Japanese young man. Since then I have continued the 10-minute muscle training every day. It now has become my daily habit.

In April I purchased some online massage courses and studied a variety of different massage techniques.

In May I started taking an acupuncture treatment. This was new treatment for me. It has been helpful for my energy to flow smoothly.

In June my family and I went to a short trip to Phoenix for my passport renewal. My in-laws joined our trip, and our time together made our relationship better than before.

In August I purchased two online courses of macrobiotic from a Japanese married couple. Their courses taught me many tips for treating food ingredients. I have started enjoying preparing our food and staying much longer in the kitchen than before.

In September I made my first homemade Umeboshi, salted plum.

In November I attended a 2-days Hay House Writer’s Workshop in Las Vegas. My in-laws joined this trip again, so that our connection got even closer.

All in all, this year treated me very nicely. It was my Chinese horoscope year, the Dog year. this year has been peaceful and relaxing to me.

Thank you to the year of 2018. Thank you for providing me lots of new avenues which I will continue for the rest of my life.
