Today was the Federal holiday observed Christmas day.
This morning my family made our vision board for the upcoming new year. As usual, we prepared for the colored paper for the base and a bunch of magazines so that we can cut any pictures and texts of our choice.
For the year of 2019, I selected a yellow paper for the base. Yellow represents “prosperous.”
The texts I chose were:
– Going
– Awakening
– Make your dream a reality
– Year of achievement
– 2019 just got more happiness and sunshine!

The pictures I chose were:
– The calm blue ocean surface
– A juicy orange
– A flower bouquet of red roses, pink gerbera daisies, a pink carnation, and a yellow sunflower
– A huge old tree getting sunlight

2019 is the Pig year of the Chinese zodiac. The pig year is expected to bring good fortune. I hope next year will be prosperous for everybody.
