This morning my conscious got a sudden shake when waking up. It was not a fun way to start a new day.
Here was how my day started.
I woke up and checked my email on my cell phone. One of my emails was new to me. It was from Apple. It informed me of several game purchases with my apple credit.
I didn’t purchase any games.
When I checked my apple credit, it was almost gone. Only one dollar and some cents left.
The purchase history showed five war games were purchased this morning.
It was 6:30 am our time. The purchase was made in Canada, within one hour.
I was shocked, but I could not spend any time for solving this issue. I needed to cook breakfast for my daughter and myself. So I went to kitchen and did some choirs.
At that time, my husband already finished eating breakfast. He called the support desk on behalf of me.
Before my daughter’s departure time, my husband finished talking with the support desk. He told me they would give me a refund for the unauthorized purchases.
I appreciate for my husband’s swift support to solve this issue.
