As I have written many times in my articles, I have been greatly improving the ability to hear from my family spirits. The ability is getting better day by day, year by year. I think this year is the best of all my life. I can hear their answers easily in daily life to reply to my small questions. They make my small wishes come true. I have been blessed by them every day.
This is one of such daily life experiences of mine.
Since I saw my recent lab test result, I have been wondering about the reason why my triglyceride level was still high. Generally speaking, high Triglyceride is caused by obesity, eating too much fatty foods, drinking too much alcohol, or lacking of enough exercise. None of them applies to me.
Then why?
I was also wondering the reason why the triglyceride level of this April was better than last September, even though all the other values were better in last September.

Today, while I was relaxing, all of a sudden I could feel their answer.
It was nuts.
It was an A-Ha moment. It really made sense to me.
Some of professional dietitians recommended me to eat nuts whenever I feel hungry. They said nuts are good for diabetes. Nuts contains lots of vitamins, fibers, and protein. Among all the best thing for diabetes, nuts don’t affect glucose level.
So, I followed their advice. Especially during last summer I had eaten lots of lots of nuts all day long every day.
However, later in last autumn, while I was listening to the macrobiotic lecture through the online course, the instructor warned us not to eat too much nuts. She said because of lot of fats contained in nuts, some people might have a hard time to digest nuts. It also can cause weakening the function of stomach. After I heard that, I greatly reduced the intake amount of nuts since last winter.
That was why my triglyceride level was extremely high in last September and got improved in this April. It was due to my intake amount of nuts.
I am glad now I know I should pay attention to the intake amount of nuts. I am sure it will contribute to lower my triglyceride level. I will be able to prove it at my next lab test result.
