I woke up with dull tummy ache.
Still I could prepare breakfast for my family and myself. I didn’t have appetite, but I forced myself eating some soup and crackers. I ate a very little amount. In every minute of the morning, the pain had become stronger and stronger.
I somehow could escort my daughter to the school bus stop. While we were waiting for the bus, my tummy ache reached to the limit that I could somewhat keep standing.
I honestly don’t remember how I could walk back home with the extreme pain. I could not hold my body upright. I walked back home in an almost-crawling posture.
As soon as I arrived at home, I went straight to the bathroom. I vomited a lot. Then it followed by having a diarrhea.
I felt extreme thirsty. It was uncomfortable feeling. Every time I had a sip of water, I needed to go to bathroom and vomited. I didn’t have much left in my stomach. Every time I vomited nothing but clear water.
With the pain, I lay down on bed. I dozed on and off.
I worried about my family.
If my daughter feels sick, I should get a phone call from school. I didn’t receive any phone calls from school. That means my daughter is doing fine at school.
I texted my husband and asked if he felt fine. He quickly replied back to me saying he was totally fine.
So, it was only me who got food poisoning. Taking the fact that my family and I eat the same food into consideration, my getting sick should be detoxing.
The idea made sense to me.

I just had an acupuncture treatment from my first acupuncturist. I almost forgot her treatment is powerful. I recall my very first treatment from her. It was May 2018. On the day and the following day of my first treatment, I got sick and stayed in bed all day long. I believe this is the same. Since I hadn’t had her treatment for six months, my body was reset and took her treatment as something new. So, I am having a detoxing process, and it was triggered by my first acupuncturist.
I asked my husband to take care of our daughter for me. He left his work earlier than usual, picked our daughter up at the school, and prepared dinner for her. I really appreciate my husband to support me for those.
I hope I will get well by tomorrow morning. I don’t like being sick and staying in bed all day long.
