I woke up much better than yesterday. Although I still had my stomach pain, I could walk around and do lots of chores around the house.
While I was walking around, all of a sudden one idea popped up in my head. The idea was to take a food allergy test. I am pretty sure my family spirits sent me the idea.
As soon as I started researching about a food allergy test, I was guided to one website. They offer a food allergy test. I had a good feeling about the test.
The procedure is simple.
As soon as I purchased the test online, they sent me the instruction. They need 3-5 strands of hair. The hair can be anywhere from my body. I can pull it out or cut it. They recommend a hair with root, for a better analysis. I am instructed to send the sample hair and the necessary information to Texas via US postage. From there, they will forward our sample hair to their lab in UK. I should receive the test result via email. They said it will take around 21 days .
I look forward to hearing from them. I hope the test report will provide me some helpful information so that I won’t need to vomit or get sick anymore.

For your information. The local walk-in lab also offers an allergy test. It is done via a blood test. They will decide if a patient has allergic reaction to cats’ hair or some other plants. I don’t think it is helpful for me. I cannot avoid the specific plants and pet’s hair. They are everywhere anyway. I need to know what type of food I am allergic or sensitive so that I can prevent them as my option.
