Homemade Miso second year – black beans 9/11/2019

Today again, I made my homemade miso from black beans.

Today’s ingredient is as follows.

– Black beans 1kg

– Kome kouji 1 kg

– Sea salt 500g

These several days I had been busy with making homemade miso. I made three different types of miso; soy beans, chickpea, and black beans, for next year. The total amount reached to 11.25 kg. This amount should be enough for my family to consume for next year.

It was lots of work, but I know investing my time to our everyday food is critical for my family and myself. I am happy it was all done.
