Intermittent fasting 10/1/2019

This morning I woke up very comfortably. I barely remembered my dream. I was shopping in the store where all the items had a high vibration. I was with somebody. I don’t remember who it was. I don’t even remember if it was a female energy or a male energy. All I remember was I was enjoying conversation with the person in the high vibrational store. This was great.

As I mentioned in my yesterday’s short article, I intensely listened to my body cells for advice to regain my good health. Then I heard their advice. It was to fast.

I did some research about fasting. I found one method that I can take as my baby step. It is an easy one.

It is called “The 16/8 Method”. It is to fast for 16 hours each day.

I chose my time frame like this.

I will eat normally for 8 hours in day time starting from 11 am and ending at 7 pm. I won’t eat anything during the night and morning time starting from 7 pm to 11 am.

I am going to closely observe on how I feel, along with the data of my glucose level and weight.

This is just a starter. Based on this, I will figure out about my next step.

So, today was my first day of intermittent fasting of the 16/8 method.
