I was sick all day long. I suffered from the heavy headache and threw-up. I felt sorry for my family for not being able to cook their food. Still, I feel I am getting better. I used to have sick days often, but nowadays the frequency has been getting lesser than before.

I watched the movie Windwalker (1981). It is an old Native American movie. The main character is an elderly Cheyenne warrior. I love this movie. It contains lots of spirituality. This movie reminds me that everything (every person we encounter and every event) is connected and influences one another.

In the late afternoon while I was relaxing at home with my daughter, my neighbor stopped by at our house and dropped off her Christmas gift to us. It was a nice surprise visit and gift. I appreciate her for thinking of us.

I enjoyed my dream of this morning. I was comfortably walking and running on the surface of water body. The water color was clear blue.  I believe I was in my spiritual home, having a good time with my family spirits.
