It was a cold morning. I saw snow covered on the ground of backyard. It must be snowing during the night.

Today I closed my business bank account at the local bank.
I wish I was allowed to do this procedure on my own at home, but it has to be done by the bank teller at the bank. I always wonder why almost all the bank tellers have long finger nails that prevent them to type the computer key boards faster.
At the end of the procedure, the bank teller asked me to do the feedback survey. She said the bank will send me a link of the survey about her service. The customer has to rate their satisfaction about their experience from the teller from one to ten. One is the lowest satisfaction and ten is the highest. The bank teller whispered to me and begged me to rate her service as ten; the highest satisfaction. She said she would get in trouble if she gets any rate other than ten. Even nine is not okay.
To be honest, her service was not that of my highest satisfaction. She took her time in typing. Her explanation was not enough so that I needed to ask her again.
I wish the manager or the director should know what their workers are doing. If they know their workers are begging their customers to rate as the highest satisfaction, they will never know the true satisfaction rate of their workers.
My honest satisfaction is maybe 7 to the highest. I didn’t input the survey, because I was not allowed to input my honest satisfaction rate as 7, and I didn’t want to lie about my satisfaction rate as 10.
