Review of the year of 2019 12/31/2019

It is the last day of the year 2019, so I want to review this year.

In March, my daughter and I went to Japan. I visited my parents in Kobe, my life-long friend in Nagoya, and my other friend in Yokohama. Since it was the pollen season in Japan, and I put too much travels in such a short days, I had been sick almost all days during trip. I had been suffering from throwing-ups and headaches, and constipation. During trip, I felt isolated and being a totally stranger at anywhere in Japan. After I came back home in America, I felt comfortable for being back. I realized my energy has already fit to this area where I currently live. I started fully loving Arizona and America.

In May, in order to know my body function, I had a DNA test for health and a fool allergy test. At the end of May, both of my parents hospitalized and had surgery for cancer. Since then, they started hiring a house helper at their house.

In July, I improved the cooking method. I trashed most of electric appliances and started cooking with gas fire. The cooking stove was changed from electric to gas. Also in July, my Japanese friend and her 8 years old daughter visited us for 10 days. With her support, I started my homemade Nukaduke; Japanese traditional pickles.

In August, my hemoglobin A1C was slightly improved to 6.9 than the result of 7.3 in April. My Trigriceride was improved to 235 from the result of 313 in April.

In October, I started the intermittent fasting (16/8 fasting) and stopped taking metformin; the diabetic medicine. I made my mind to fully depend on my natural healing ability. I made a new friend in our neighborhood area and we started a 6-mile walk on every Sunday evenings.

In summary, this year has taught me the importance of maintaining good health.
