Benefits of fasting 1/6/2020

My daughter’s school has resumed. It is always good to get back my alone time during daytime of weekdays.

I resumed reading books about fasting. I am excited to know the benefits of fasting. They include detoxing, cleansing digestive system, and weight loss.

I believe and agree with the authors stating that modern humans eat much more than our ancestors. It was just recently humans have started having three meals a day. Our ancestors used to have a meal only once a day.

I have started 16/8 intermittent fasting since October 1st of 2019. I have meals twice a day since then. My final goal is to gradually switch to one meal a day.
