Today’s meditation: I did the guided meditation of HemiSync Exploring Focus-15. I had about my writing a book in my mind.
A block of thoughts came by. They were like this.
I should start writing a book of autobiography. Starting from about myself. About my parents, my brother, my aunt, and my grandpa. About my jobs. About my strong points and weak points. How I met my husband.

At night I attended the Sunday service. It was my fifth attendance. Before the event, I asked my son-in-spirit, my aunt, and my mom to show up and tell me some messages, if they can.
When the spirit communication demonstration started, my heart pounded and waited patiently. Unfortunately though, I was not picked.
After the event ended, I mentioned my daughter about that. She instantly conveyed me the messages from my mom. She has been very busy. Especially she has been watching over my dad. As for my son-in-spirit and my aunt, they are shy and humble personality. They don’t like to stand in a spot light. They don’t like to get an attention from many other strangers. That makes sense to me. I am glad my daughter can convey messages from them.
My daughter added the last message from them. They always love me and watch over me. There is no special messages from them to me, because they know I am doing totally fine. This makes sense to me too.
