Today was my 51st day on reading chapter 9 of “The Greatest Miracle In The World” By Og Mandino. Along with reading it, I also started saying 般若心経. I have another 50 days to reach my goal of 100 days.

In the evening at 5 p.m., I attended the trial class of advanced mediumship class at Zoom. It was a small number of student class. There were only two students including me. I liked this small class.
This class started off from the usual prayer and mantra followed by the instructor’s lecture. Then, we proceeded to the instructor’s guided mediation. It was about a spiritual journey to meet the old aged African Zulu. On the way to see our guide spirits, we were welcomed by their sacred dance. I could actually see their dance vividly in my vision. Their dance was flexible, dynamic, strong, powerful, and gorgeous. I was fascinated with their beauty.
Then we proceeded to meet our guide spirits. Today, my family spirits gave me a lotus flower. When they put the gift on my both palm, I felt heaviness. It was a golden lotus. It has roots attached.
Their message was like this.
They want me to have my root heavily and deeply grounded onto mother Earth, just like this root. Doing so will give me strength and braveness. While they were conveying the message, I felt deep sound with strong and low sound’s vibration. The deep sound could last long.
They also want me to be flexible and dynamic just like a gentle lotus flower petals. The lotus flower is plain and simple, but it has a powerful aura and presence that people will acknowledge. They want me to be like that.
Then, the guide told me to ask my family spirits one question. How is different from the ancient Zulu people and the modern people? I asked this question and waited for their answer. They told me like this.
The biggest difference is a wall and a boundary. The ancient Zulu lived without any walls and boundaries. They lived with their tribal members as a big extended family. They treated children as if their own kids. They treated elders as if their own parents. They didn’t distinguish the blood-related or not. On the other hand, the modern people live with a whole bunch of walls and boundaries. They limit their family only to blood-related. They categorize by the conditions such as skin colors, races, and nationalities. They don’t want me to do any changes drastically such as living as a homeless or anything like that, but they want me to start doing a small challenge every day.
After the mediation, we proceeded to two actual practices.
The first practice was to read the energy of a stone that the instructor brought back home from somewhere.
I felt the followings from the stone.
Ocean, water, blue, blue sky, and the gentle female energy.
The instructor told us he picked the stone by the spring at the foot of Mount Shasta. It is the sacred place for Native Americans. Even at the foot of the mountain, the elevation was high and the air was cool.
The second practice was to read the energy of a picture in an envelope.
I felt a bridge connecting between two different lands on ocean. It was like Akashi-Kaikyo bridge or its sister bridge; Golden Gate Bridge. Its background was clear blue sky with a little bit of clouds.
The instructor opened the envelope and showed us the picture. It was a black-and-white picture of Hindu Goddess. She was sitting on a lotus leaf in the shallow water. I was right about the center item (figure) was on the water connecting two areas, in this case maybe connecting the sacred realm and the physical realm.
