It was a busy day. I helped my daughter almost all the school hour for 6 hours. My daughter’s homeschool page frequently got frozen and we needed to restart the computer from the beginning. Today I noticed one thing. In her classroom’s discussion page, some classmates wrote down a very long comment. Each sentence was nicely edited, and the content of the comment was well organized. They were definitely written by an educated adult, not by a 5th grader.
Today my husband needed to make several phone calls. Every single organization put us on-hold. We needed to wait for a long time until a live person finally picked up the phone. As for the longest one, my husband needed to wait for 2.5 hours to be connected to a live person.
I understand it is not only us but for many others due to the hectic situation of Covid-19.
By the time when I finally went to bed at midnight, I recalled my day wasting time for waiting.
