My mom’s encouragement 9/5/2020

Today was our departure day back home. Since we had taken up at 5 a.m. for the previous three days straight and went to bed later than our usual routine, we all were lacking of sleeping hours. We had some extra sleep hours until 7 a.m.

While we were having breakfast, my mom-in-law came by. She wanted to show us her new shed at her garden. She is eager us to move back to Navajoland, so she is willing to help us for our moving. She said we can start bringing our items that we don’t use and keep them in her shed every time we visit them.

Her shed was way more spacious than we thought. To our surprise, she said my parents-in-law built the shed on their own. Once in a while they hired one man as a helper of the roof area, but the majority was done by just two of them. We were surprised and amazed as we thought they bought the shed. My mom-in-law continued explaining how they built it. They built their own house too. In the recent two years they worked on fixing her late parent’s trailer house. They even added a spacious porch in front of the trailer.

We were so excited about her idea on building our house on our own little by little. I never thought of it, but it sounded like a feasible plan.

We went back to the trailer house. My dad-in-law joined us, and the five of us started sharing our ideas and knowledge. As we were so exited on talking about our house project, that we almost forgot that we had to leave.

Around 11 a.m., we finally departed back to our house. Same as the way to Navajoland, the traffic was not busy at all on our way back home. Even though we left Navajoland later than our planned departure time, we made it back home safely earlier than we expected.

After we unloaded our baggage, we went for a tricycle ride with our friend and her dog. She was so happy for our safely being back home. We had misses each other for these past four days.

At night at 8:30 p.m., I attended Sunday Service. I had really missed this gathering, as their last one was one month ago. My husband attend with me. Before the demonstration of spiritual communication, my husband prayed his ancestors would show up and convey message to him. They had three mediums who offered the spiritual communication demonstration tonight. The first two female mediums chose somebody else, but the third medium, the owner of the school, chose us. He described four female figures showed up for us. The three of them were for my husband. They were watching us cooking a whole bunch of potatoes on Navajoland. He described the three grandma’s figures as chubby. They are watching my husband sitting and staring at the computer for very long time every day. The medium was right. My husband studies for the computer certificate and using the computer all day. Then, my mom showed up. She was playing a drum. It made sense to me. I said Hannya Singyo mantra every day along with the Youtube video that was created by her favorite temple’s monk. He said the mantra with playing a huge drum in the temple. My mom said she is happy for my husband and me and she is supporting us. I think my mom is enjoying our new challenge in settling down to Navajoland. It was very nice that the teacher/medium chose us and conveyed the messages for us. I appreciate my mom and my husband’s grandmas to come to this gathering. Thank you to all.
