Since last September, my family and I had come closer to one of our neighbor. She would walk her dog. The dog was a small sized dog with fluffy curly hair. He looks like sheep or a teddy bear. He is super cute and friendly. At first we asked her permission to pet her dog and she gave us her permission with a big smile. Since then, we became friends and started chatting often.
Since my husband’s birthday, we started our new evening routine of biking. She borrows an adult sized tricycle from her friend. Her small sized dog can fit in the tricycle’s basket. My daughter rides the tricycle and three of us adults jog or fast-walk with her. This tricycle ride has become our new routine for our chatting and exercising.
Today she said she had something for my daughter. It was a brand new hammock. Our backyard does not have two nice sized trees for a hammock, but we can use it in Navajoland on our next visit.
Now that we are good friends, we will miss her a lot after we move to Navajoland. My daughter had a dream that in the future she will visit us in Navajoland. I hope it will happen for real.
