I attended my third basic awareness class.
In the guided meditation, I went to see a group of my guide spirits. I saw around 10 figures sitting on the ground. They looked like a Native American tribal members. They beckoned me to join them. We all sat down cross-legged on the ground, very close to one another, to the point where each one of us touch each other’s knees and elbows. In the physical world under this Covid-19 circumstance, we would be warmed for not following to the social-distancing rule. We all were holding a handmade wooden cup and drinking an herbal tea.
As for a light gift, one of my guide spirits gave me a small glass bottle. He told me it is a medicine can heal anything, but for me at this moment, this small bottle of medicine can help me to cleanse my blood flow.
The question to our guide spirit was what spiritualist should pay attention in order to keep ourselves as a pure channel. My guide spirit told me to pay attention to my negative emotion especially anger. Anger is the one that makes our energy’s vibration heavy and causes our physical body’s energy line, aka, blood flow, to heavy and dull. It is fine with me to experience and feel anger, but the important thing is to acknowledge and deal with it as soon as possible, instead of keeping it or accumulating it into deep inside of me. Once I acknowledge it, I should talk to Universe or my family spirits about the reason why I am angry. Then I should explain my desire from the anger by saying I want the situation (or person) to be like this in details. Then, I ask Universe or my family spirits to take care of it from that point, and surrender. They will take care of it on behalf of me, so that I don’t need to concern about me. I will be relieved from the situation or person.

At the text study, we learned about chakras and their blocking elements. We learned a little bit of Hindu gods; Brahman as the creator, Vishnu the preserver, and Shiva the destroyer. I don’t know much about Hindu gods. I felt the strong need to study about them.

Toward the end of the class, we did the actual practice. We learned how to see aura energy. The instructor chose 2 fellow students who had a white background. One was a male student and the other was a female student.
The instructor told us to focus on looking at the area 15 cm above of a target’s head. The textbook says to focus looking at the area for 15 minutes, but in the class we did only for 1 minute and 30 seconds. I was so excited that it was my very first time to see somebody’s aura. I saw a Buddhism statue on top of the head of the male fellow student. Later on the instructor told me she saw exactly the same image as I saw.
For the second target, a female student. As for aura energy, I saw white light (energy) extended to the right and left in turn in the timing of her breathing. Other students saw the same thing as I saw. I also saw a female profile on top of her head. This time again, the instructor saw a female figure on top of her head.
As our last exercise, the instructor asked us to read her aura field to see what she had for breakfast. When I focused on her, I saw two oval items. One was brown and the other was green. I thought they were pickles. The right answer was a cup of black tea and a bowl of cereal.
