Today’s dream: I was at the horse racing track with a huge audience. After we watched the heated horse race, I noticed I won my betting. I shouted in glee with holding the betting ticket in my palm. Then I woke up comfortably.
The dream interpretation dictionary says the dreamer will have an unexpected happy surprise news. I am looking forward to it.

Today’s meditation: I did the guided mediation of HemiSync Exploring Other Lives. Before the meditation I asked my family spirits to take me to my past life where I had established and used my spiritual gift.
(First scene) I was wearing a boots’ looking pair of shoes. They were sturdy and well-built boots. I thought they were made for a battling. I was outside, somewhere wilderness in China, sometime in 1200. I was a young male around 25 years old. I was a powerful warrior. My body had good muscles and strong bones. I had a charismatic energy. Even though I was young, I was a leader of a battle group. Whenever I made a battle plan, I would go away from my team. I sat down on the ground alone and meditated. My family spirits always gave me a clear battle plan in order to protect my team and myself.
I was spiritual. I could listen to the messages from winds and weather. Before we entered in to a new area, I would always communicate with the spirit of the new area. They taught me their uniqueness and strength, along with their weakness. With those information, I could wisely choose our camping area to keep us safe.
Even though I was a worrier, I was not interested in eating food very much. I always kept myself a slight hungry, because the slight hunger always made me to be able to talk to spirits. I learned the technique from my experiences on this past lifetime.
(Second scene: the important event) At that time it was common for a man to have plural wives. I married to two women. One wife had our two sons, while the other wife could not have any. Since these two wives were good friends, they both helped one another. They both were a great mom for our sons. The two wives were spiritually matured souls so that they knew they were spiritually closely connected. They never felt jealous to one another. Whenever I needed to go to the battle field and leave my family behind, I did not need to worry about them. I knew they would help and protect one another.
(Third scene; death) I was in the battle field with my team. There were many people around me. There was a one young soldier who felt jealous of me that I had a peaceful family. He admired me but at the same time he hated me. He approached me and quickly stubbed me with his sword, pretending to be an accident. I instantly knew his intention to kill me. It happened so quickly that I could not avoid him.
(Lessons learned from this past life)
(1) We didn’t necessarily need to be biologically connected in order to become a strongly connected family. We could established a peaceful family with two wives.
(2) Building a strong body helps to develop a strong mind. I always took good care of my body and kept good muscles in my body.
(3) I should have put more efforts to people who envied me and felt jealous of me. These people were not fully satisfied in their life. –
That being said, in this current life, I still have a tendency to avoid negative thinking people.
My family spirits stepped forward and send me the messages like this.
It is critical for me to protect myself from negative people as they easily lower my vibration. However, it is also possible for me to stay being at the high vibration while dealing with such negative thinking people. As long as I stay at the high vibration, my family spirits can support me for my supporting negative thinking people.
Now that I remember my daughter’s dream of several days ago. In her dream she was running away from a scary looking crown. She felt scared, but at one point, she decided to stop running away from him. She stopped running and turned to the scary looking crown. She told him she loved him and hugged him. Then the scary looking crown turned to be a cute and friendly looking crown. Then my daughter found out the true reason why the crown was running after my daughter. He simply wanted to give my daughter a nice present and become a friend with her.
I thought this was a nice message dream. Once we stop running away from something we have an aversion, and when we face to it, we might find the nice aspect that we’ve never thought of.

At the ending of the meditation, I asked the name of the man. I heard “Shan Yao.” I looked up in the internet dictionary. It means “Wild Yam.” I like this name. In this lifetime, I had spent my whole life in the wilderness anyway and a wild yam has strong roots deep inside of the earth. Among all, a wild yam is a strong plant. Now I acknowledge my life and lessons learned from this past life. I respect Shan Yao for his great wisdom.
