Awareness Basic class (8) 10/27/2020

Same as yesterday, it was a cold morning. We took out two electric heaters out from the closet and put the fan in the closet. In Navajoland they had a snowstorm since last night. In the morning all their property was covered by snow. My mom-in-law got really sick. Her body temperature was raised higher than 104F. my dad-in-law took her to the hospital, where the doctor decided to keep my mom-in-law in the hospital for one night to make sure if she has not infected to Covid-19. I hope she would get well and be able to come back home soon.

In the evening I attended my eighth Awareness class. Last time I attended with a new microphone, but the instructor rejected it within 5 minutes. This time I attended with a new webcam. I didn’t receive any feedback about my sound from the instructor, so it might have worked well, I hope.

Today the eight students attended.

We started the class from the instructor’s original guided meditation. It was a beautiful guided meditation. I liked her meditation very much. The script was the spiritual journey to visit the spiritual healing clinic, receive the healing session, and meet our guide spirit and receive a gift.

At the healing center, I saw a vision of my dad. My anger to my dad was swaying slowly. It was as if a mirage. At a certain point, the vision looked like the picture of The Scream by Edvard Munch. Then the image of my dad, aka my anger to my dad, slowly went down and disappeared. I thought it was the image of healing process.

Then we proceeded to the place where we meet our guide spirits. I could not see my guide spirit clearly. It appeared like a mirage or like a silhouette. My guide spirit gave me a white tambourine. I can use it in two ways. One way is to purify the space, and the other way is to raise my vibration. My instructor commented it might also means to improve my clairaudience ability.

We did two psychometry practices.

The first practice was to read the energy of a picture in an envelope. The instructor told us it was a picture of one prefecture of Japan.

When I focus on the picture, I saw a diamond shape, sea foods, potatoes, spacious land, snow, and positive thinking people. I thought Hokkaido. Right before the instructor ended the practice, the idea of Okinawa strongly came to me, but I spoke up about Hokkaido.

The right answer was Okinawa. She told me I was right about sea foods and positive thinking people.

The second practice was the same as the first one, but this time the picture was something vehicle. The first image was a bicycle, then it changed to a unicycle. And then, it changed to a bus. From my precious practice experiences I knew I should not count on my first impression. So I decided to discard the bicycle and the unicycle. I focused on the type of bus. I felt it was the red tour second storied bus in England.  The right answer was a ship. I was right about the shape of the ship. It looked like a second storied structure.

As usual at the end of the class, the instructor was nice enough to praise all of us students and told us not to get disappointed with the result. She encouraged us to find something right about our reading all the time, instead of just focusing of right or wrong. I always appreciate this instructor for her sincere encouragements.
