Today’s meditation: I did the guided mediation of HemiSync Journey Through the T-Cells.
My conscious traveled though my body and met my cells. I selected one particular T-cell and greeted to it. I felt it was a shape of star. It was golden sparkling. I felt its soft touch. I felt its positive and optimistic personality. It has stayed with me and worked for my body since I was a baby.
(Question) What the T-cell wants me to do in order to recover my total health?
It wants me to stay positive and optimistic no matter what. Even when I am in the process of some challenges, it wants me not to feel depressed or think too much. It said not to worry about the mistakes in the past because they can be taken care of and healed anytime. As for the future, I will be able to create my preferable future on my own. Therefore, I don’t need to worry about my past or future. All I need to focus is just now.
When I embraced the T-Cell with my love, it looked like so happy. It appreciated me for acknowledging and sending love to it. Even though they work for me with their unconditional love to me, they appreciate my acknowledgement and love.
(When I merged into the T-Cell) I felt so powerful. I actually felt that I can heal all my cells with just my positive thoughts.
(Key word for me) Believe in my strength. I am strong naturally and originally. Nobody can mess with me.
