Awareness Basic class (9) 11/3/2020

I attended my ninth basic awareness class at 5 p.m. We had seven students attended.

At the guided meditation, I was guided to the place where I could meet one of my group souls. I was somewhere in Myanmar. I saw a young boy there. He was probably 5 years old. His big, pure, and sparkling eyes attracted me. Instantly I noticed that I knew this soul for long. I could not recognize his in this lifetime, so maybe he was somebody whom I was related to in one of my past lives.

Then, we were guided to the park. I found a swing. This swing was not a normal one, but a magical one. With several strokes, I could jump onto a piece of clouds. I enjoyed riding on the cloud for a while and jump off to the ground.

There, my guide spirit was waiting for me. He gave me a toy cloud. It was small as a Lego part size and I could hold it inside my palm. My guide spirit told me it was a metaphor. In the physical realm, I scare of height. However, in this meditation realm, I could enjoy floating in the high air looking down on the ground. I didn’t get bothered by scaring height. This miniature cloud toy came to me as a reminder that it is now for me to challenge anything that I used to scare off. Now I am strong enough to overcome any kinds of phobias. I would enjoy anything just like I did on the cloud. My guide spirit told me to enjoy every moment in this physical realm.

(Question) how can we help in order to reduce ego?

I received the message like this.

Ego is a habit that we have accumulated in the physical realm. Based on the experiences and influences from others such as our parents and teachers, we have accumulated our own judgment. When we see things, we use our own judgment without knowing. We tend to believe our judgements are right and others’ judgements are wrong. However, whenever we face to disagreements from others, try to put in their shoes and use our imagination to look through their history on how they end up to reach to the judgement. From there, we can step ahead each other and discuss peacefully. That way we can reduce unnecessary arguments and disagreements based on our egos.

I hugged him and thanked him, then my conscious came back to my physical body. I really enjoyed this guided meditation.

As for the first practice, we studied about the aura of our palm. We compared to look into the aura of our palm with our physical eyes and without. I could see better without using my physical eyes. I saw the steaming energy coming out from my palm. In my case, the most powerful spot was the middle of my palm.

The second practice was to read the energy of one tarot card. I saw a silhouette of a skinny woman in the middle, and I thought it was the fourth card; The Empress. The answer was Princess of Wands. I was close. The energy of these two cards are similar.
