Same as usual years, our area still gets high temperature during the day time. I still enjoy using the swamp cooler in the daytime, and I was hoping the maintenance guy would come later. But according to the weather report, our area will get colder starting from tomorrow.
The day has come. The maintenance guy called me today and told me he wanted to switch from cooker to heater of our house within today. He came over in the evening and switched it to heater. I will definitely miss the cooler until next March.

Today’s meditation: I did the guided mediation of HemiSync Journey Through the T-Cells.
I saw T-cell as an image of blue and completely round object. It was warm as human body temperature. The personality is absolutely cheerful and optimistic. It is exactly same DNA as that of Universe.
(Question) What should I do in order to restore my own vital energy?
It told me to stay happy. Stay happy as the T-cell. Stay cheerful and optimistic as the T-cell. The key word is “from inside to out.” Let all the positive energy such as happiness, optimism, gratitude, appreciation, and humor be born from inside. Let them grow and come out from inside to out. Share them with my family, loved ones, and friends.
