Homemade miso third year 11/15/2020

My family and I went to the canyon hiking. We love the place. Once we move to Navajoland, we will definitely miss this place. We should enjoy visiting there as many as we can.

Today I made my homemade miso. It is my third year. My family and I love my homemade miso.

I used 600 gram of kouji, 600 gram of soy beans, and 250 gram of salt, same as last year.
